Make an impact with our 1.5 metre high light up numbers! They’re a great way to create memories, make a statement and provide a great backdrop for stacks of photos and special occasions!
What’s Included:
This convenient “ready to hire” package provides 3 of our 1.5 metre high light up numbers, delivered and setup at the location of your choice. We have a range of delivery distance options to choose from. Our standard package pricing includes delivery to all locations within an hour of our warehouse, with options of up to 2hrs of travel available to book online. Our team will position them where needed, and ensure they are setup safe, plugged in, and working, ready to go for your special event.
Delivery Distance:
If you’re unsure about the delivery distance, click here to open Google Maps. With “Burpengary" already entered as the starting location, simply enter your delivery address as the end location and Google will provide the approximate travel time from us, to you. Once known, it’s as easy as selecting the most relevant time limit from the delivery distance options below.
Bulb Types:
Our light up letters and numbers are customisable to suit your theme or function. For the ability to change the brightness, effect and colour of your light up letters via remote control, select the “Colour Controllable LED” bulb option. For a more rustic look, select the “Clear Warm White Vintage” bulb, or for a genuine warm white glow, the “Frosted Warm White LED” will be the go! Click here to view examples.

Duration of Hire:
The hire rate listed is for a single day event, allowing for delivery on the day of the event, and pick up/pack up when the event is finished. Where possible, depending on availability and accessability to the venue, we aim to deliver the day prior to the event date and collection the day after the event, during business hours. Our team is flexible to ensure that we are able to deliver/set up and pick up/pack up in a manner that works around your specific event requirements. Once your booking is received, our team will contact you to confirm specific delivery dates and times.
Delivery Distance:
The prices for our light up number or letter packages include delivery up to the delivery time limits specified under “Delivery Distance”. If you are unsure of how far your delivery location is from our warehouse, enter “Burpengary” as the starting location in your preferred Navigation app to work out the approximate time limit from us to your event venue. Alternatively, click here for Google Maps, enter your event address and take note of the travel time. If you are still unsure, please feel free to contact us to confirm the correct option before placing your order.
Payment Options:
Credit Card: If you are placing your booking online, full payment will be required at the check out via credit card. Once the order is submitted, a transaction receipt will be sent to your nominated email address. Once our team reviews your order, you will also be sent a detailed booking invoice, listing the products and services that you have paid for, for your records.
Invoice/Deposit: If you do not wish to pay in full upfront, please submit an online quote request with the items and quantities required and we will email you with an invoice requiring a non-refundable 25% deposit to reserve the equipment for your booking date. The remaining amount will be due in full 7 days prior to the date of hire.
Order Confirmation:
Once your order is submitted, one of our friendly event lighting specialists will review your order, making sure that we have all the necessary details before sending you an email to confirm that the booking has been made, reserving the equipment for the requested date. In the extremely rare event that the equipment you book is not available for your requested date, we will contact you to discuss alternative options or provide a full refund.
